10 tips to lose weight in 10 days



                 Loosing weight is not just about starving and running like crazy on the treadmill. You can actually manage to shed close to a couple of kilos in just 10 days if you follow these 10 basic principles of diet and exercise.

1. Exercising for 30 minutes a week is simply non negotiable and it has to be cardiac like running, swimming, walking or cycling!


2. Do not touch cakes, pastries, sweets, sugary juices and soft drinks.

3. Go slow on salty products.

4. Avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes and full cream milk.

5. Say no to crabs after 8 pm. It gets converted into dangerous fat.

6. Take not more than 1 tsp of oil a day in any form.

7. Eat at least half a kg of fruits and half a kg of veggies every day.

8. Drink at least 12 glasses of water everyday.

9. Take proper sleep at night as lack of sleep causes weight gain.

10. Take green tea after every meal without milk and sugar and supplement your diet with iron, vitamins and calcium.
